Please help:
Has anyone here seen the original title card to the 1939 Merrie Melodies
cartoon "Robin Hood Makes Good", possibly Charles Jones' third directorial
product?
1) I have seen a "blue ribbon" style title card entitled "ROBINHOOD MAKES
GOOD" (no space between "robin" and "hood") on television.
2) I recently witnessed an obviously computer-generated modern title frame
on the DVD "Cartoon Crazys volume 1" I rented from Netflix entitled "Robin
Hood Makes Good" (includes space).
3) The book "That's all Folks!", by Steve Schneider lists the title as
"Robin Hood Makes Good" (includes space).
4) The title is listed in www.imdb.com as "Robinhood Makes Good" (no
space)
"Robin Hood Makes Good" (including the space) is the most reasonable
spelling. Has anyone here seen the original (pre-blue-ribbon-release)
title card for this cartoon? Or does anyone have an authoritative source
for the title spelling?
Thanks in advance.
