I wonder if anyone can identify this short animated film.
I saw this when an art teacher showed it to the class when I was in Junior
High, so, it might have been 1980 or so.
In the film, history is depicted as one big tower, with higher floors
being
later eras.
Like, maybe it started out in caveman times on the ground floor, with them
inventing fire, or the wheel, or whatever, and gradually progressed
through
the Renaissance, etc.
At one point, I remember a character says "I've invented the zero!" and
another asks him, "What?", and he says, "Oh, nothing."
Anyone know what this film is?
It may be a short film from 5-10 years earlier; we also watched the 1974
short animated film CLOSED MONDAYS in this class.
