You'll notice that most of the time the strong, assertive women -- and
there are a bunch in Zeta and Double-Zeta -- are usually adversaries.
Which means they tend to get killed in short order. Then again, it's
Tomino, which means anyone is fair game for killin' in short order.
We're supposed to think it's poignant tragedy but I think it loses its
edge when it happens every other episode.
Then again, Tomino didn't work on Gundam Wing. He also didn't work on
MS 8th Team. Those may be more enjoyable (I think they are).
Note to self: do NOT allow Yo****yuki Tomino and Hideo Kojima to
collaborate on anything.
