OAV Eps 6 question - lots of spoilers & stuff

Was confused by the ending - was the little girl Tenchi found Washu's
daughter? Did she also say she was Kagato?
Was this little girl also the Goddess' mother? Did not quite understand
the
symbol on her crashed space****p - was that supposed to be the science
academy or Washu's symbol.

I am assuming that this same girl is the one that "future tenchi" is with.
So does that make future Tenchi the fater of the Goddesses?

I am sure this wasn't addressed, but I guess that when Tsunami manifested
herself in the original OVA's she recognized Washu as her sister, but did
not mention it since Washu still had blanked out her memories?
