The "A2" means that it's the second cel in a sequence of movement
animation. That's one of the more valuable ones (although not quite as
valuable as an "A1", which usually gets to keep the matching background
underlay). The "C111" is the code for the movement sequence.

Very nice... She's "looking at the camera", which raises the value;
she's in an action pose, which raises the value; it's a reasonable
close-up, which doesn't affect the value (if the "camera" was further
back, that would have lowered the value). However, she isn't centered on
the cel, which lowers the value a bit.
This is easily worth somewhere in the low-to-mid three figures, IMHO
(but I've been wrong before). If you were to put it on eBay with a
minimum bid of $200, you'd likely get more than a couple of bids.
