He probably could... but I think for the most part he'd prefer just to
punch a ninja before he finishes gesturing. Ranma mostly only uses
special techniques when he's been challenged to master them, and
abandons their use when the challenge is over.
Contrariwise, could the Sharingan see through and duplicate

It could have difficulties because although it would let the user
perfectly mimic the motions, it wouldn't tell him that it only works
against a foe with elevated body temperature. Similarly it won't tell
you that it's necessary to be feeling confidence or depression for
other moves. N
