Don't forget though that the zombie rangers asked permission to expand
their zone of devastation to include Ikebukuro before Largo and Yuki
went there. Of course, that's information that Sonoda doesn't have,
plus he doesn't know that a certain other person was there...

But, in the next strip, he says "No, Tokyo can take it. But that
Tohya girl... The one time I almost lost Tokyo" seems to imply that
Miho's involvement was far worse.
