Especially if now he couldn't kill someone just for disagreeing with
him. He had to select people that were already in dangerous
predicaments, since mass deaths by ****nigami would probably incur the
wrath of their King... wait, from an anime perspective, was 9/11 a boon
to the ****nigami, free life extensions to the first one that writes
down the names, or are things like that off limits to them?
