Most groups releasing high definition also release SD for the people with
ancient computers and luddites. Matroska has been around since 2003, the
first MP4 fansubs also date to that time (both of these still used MPEG4
ASP though), H264 has been usable since 2005... Damn these fansubbers for
using the latest, 3 years old codecs!
