Playstation anime girl wanted

Way back in time, I remember a TV and cinema ad for the Playstation (I
think) of a girl being interviewed about herself - the interesting
thing was, she'd been computer morphed to have anime-style features,
big eyes & forehead, small mouth & nose. A quite disturbing picture of
what anime (of a certain visual type) girls would really look like.

I'm trying to find a pic, or better yet a video, of that girl and ad.
Can anyone assist?
