An appalling story. I too had thought about buying Emma. I have 
registered my amazement (with their customer services) at this insular 
and insolent treatment of foreigners, and informed them that I've put 
Mastercard on their case too.

I notice that otaku.co.uk apparently offer both the official "Emma" sets
